Studio JSPR Furniture Renders - May 2007

Project:
Rendering a series of new furniture designs for StudioJSPR, a Dutch design company with an office in Eindhoven and Antwerp. Their new product line named F-series was presented in Milan as well as New York. My task was to make a set of HD renderings, which were used for promotional material. Interactive web portfolio: Smaac.nl - April 2007

Project:
Interactive web portfolio for marketing company, located in Eindhoven. This company produces their products in China and has an office in Hong Kong, therefore they we designed a virtual office that exists in both Eindhoven and Hong Kong. The client also demanded a very intuitive, swift and visually appealing website, to meet these requirements we’ve implemented fully scripted flash functionalities in the website. Inovasia Design, Singapore - September 2006 - February 2007


Project:
As an industrial designer in the 21st century I believe it’s a must to be internationally orientated, therefore I’ve chosen to go on an internship in Asia, Singapore. The company, Inovasia Design, is one of the few design firms in Singapore. The company is specialized in consumer electronic product design, and has recently started to do spatial design. Ice Ice Baby is a team project I worked on in my second year at the University of Technology in Eindhoven, the goal in this prestigious project was to make a design for outdoor ice skating event. Funboard design - April 2005


Project:
I’ve always wanted to design my own snowboard, from the first day I stood on a snowboard. The snowboard has been around for almost 40 years, and I believe there could be more variations than the existing snowboard, ski’s and mini ski’s. Project:
At-@-distance was a collaboration project with the Carnegie Mellon University from Pittsburgh, United States. During this team project in my second year at the department of industrial design, we worked on a product to improve relationships over distance, by sharing common activities and experiences. Voip phone design - 2004


Project:
In the days that VOIP was still new, and skype was only a small company I set together with some friends to work on this new product idea I had. The idea was simple, the design of a USB VOIP phone. Along the way we added features like, built-in memory so it could support pre-installed version of skype, that would work anywhere and anytime as long as a USB connection would be provided.
